Terms of Service

By accessing or using KrewHub ("Service", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

KrewHub is an Instagram automation platform that allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automatically reply to comments and send direct messages based on rules they configure. The Service interacts with Instagram on your behalf using the Meta Graph API.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account(s) you connect to KrewHub.

By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@krewhub.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, or Platform Policy.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or Meta's APIs.
• Circumvent any rate limits, authentication, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine you have violated these terms.

Your use of KrewHub is subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, and Community Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your automations comply with Meta's policies. KrewHub is not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or other actions taken by Meta against your Instagram account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by KrewHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including automation rules and message templates.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREWHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KrewHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
