Data Deletion Request

KrewHub is committed to your privacy. This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and others).

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile (email, display name, password hash).
• All connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens.
• All automation rules you created.
• All comment events and direct message records associated with your account.
• All contact records (commenters) linked to your Instagram accounts.
• Your subscription and billing records (Stripe customer data deletion is initiated separately with Stripe).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

The fastest way to delete your data:

1. Log in to app.krewhub.ai.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

If you cannot access your account, email us at privacy@krewhub.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your KrewHub account.
• The Instagram username(s) you connected to KrewHub (if known).

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

To also revoke KrewHub's access directly from Instagram (independent of deleting your KrewHub account):

1. Open the Instagram app and go to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites.
2. Find KrewHub under Active or Expired.
3. Tap Remove.

This revokes our access token. We will be notified by Meta's webhook deauthorisation callback and will delete your Instagram connection data automatically within 24 hours.

We will acknowledge all deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If your request is subject to a legal hold or an active dispute, we will notify you of any delay.
